New Mexico Upland Hunts

Our new Mexico hunts are on the eastern side of the state. We acquired exclusive rights to a private ranch there. We offer hunts on and off ranch for Scaled (Blue) or Bobwhite quail.

The Private ranch hunts are extremely limited in number and simply amazing. We are working with the rancher to conserve his bird population and provide the highest quality hunt possible. Ranch hunts include lodging at the historic Hart B Ranch lodge with meal service available.

The 20k+ acre ranch is an active cattle ranch with a rich history. The controlled grazing practices keep the bird habitat pristine and never overgrazed. Active wells in every section ensure water is always available for the native birds. The lodge on the ranch is the oldest structure in Curry County New Mexico and has a very rich history on this working cattle ranch.

Our off ranch hunts are conducted on public land and also produce great bird numbers. Off ranch hunts can lodge on the ranch if available or in nearby Portales or Clovis, NM.
